• Iron is an important component for proper metabolism of most aquatic plants and is directly related to supporting and maintaining their ideal color and health.
• Iron is a critical micro-nutrient for plants as it promotes vigorous growth, deep colors and strong root systems. For planted aquariums it is recommended to maintain iron levels between .25 to .5 mg/L.
• This test kit is ideal for both fresh and saltwater aquariums.
